Evening:

We'll be invading Howard's Drive-In in West Brookfield, MA for the evening.  The drive-in is about 20 minutes from the hotels along some nice country roads.  Don't eat too much for dinner.  The servings here are HUGE!

Highway Route: 296 miles

Continue north on I-81 to Scranton

Exit onto I-84 East.

Follow I-84 all the way to Sturbridge, MA

Alternate Route:  305 miles

If you like to travel at a little slower pace or get a better look at the areas you're passing through, the alternate route could be for you! 

Head south on PA-61 back into Pottsville.

Turn left onto PA-209 North.

Follow the signs for PA-209 North all the way up to I-84.

Get onto I-84 East.

Just before the Newburgh-Beacon bridge, exit onto NY-9W North.

Follow the signs for US-44 East and cross over the Mid-Hudson Bridge.

US-44, and several CT numbered roads will take you across the northern tier of the state, far from the congestion of the major cities.

CT-19 will bring you into Massachusetts and then you are just a few short miles from Sturbridge, MA, our destination.
